SUPPORT AND RETURN POLICY

We strive to ensure the satisfaction of all our customers. Please take note of our return policy:

  • Return Period: Our return policy lasts for 3 days from the order shipment date. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in the original packaging. Please note that we do not accept returns for gift cards. Additionally, for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of earrings.

  • Receipt Requirement: To complete your return, we require proof of purchase in the form of a receipt. Without a receipt, we may only grant a partial refund.

  • Return Process: Once we receive and inspect your return item, we will send you an email to notify you of its arrival and inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

  • Refund Status: If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company. There might be some processing time before the refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@amohr.gr.

  • Address and Delivery Issues: If the address provided is non-existent, the courier company will return the parcel to A'Mohr. A representative from A'Mohr will contact and inform the customer. Any additional expenses incurred will be covered by the customer. In the case of delivery to the wrong address, A'Mohr can provide assistance but cannot replace the item.

SHIPPING POLICY

Here are the details of our shipping policy:

  • Complimentary Shipping: We offer complimentary shipping within Greece.

  • European Union Shipping: We provide shipping services to countries within the European Union (EU).

  • Processing Time: Products that are in stock will be shipped from our facility within 1-3 working days.

  • Shipping Carriers: We ship with ELTA Hellenic Post or ACS Courier.

  • Delay and Obligations: A'Mohr will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations if the delay or failure arises from causes beyond our reasonable control. However, this condition does not affect your legal rights.

  • Damaged Items: We ensure that our goods are packaged securely to protect them during shipment. However, if any damage occurs during transit, please contact us at hello@amohr.gr for assistance.

  • Unclaimed Parcels: If a customer fails to pick up a parcel and it is returned to A'Mohr, all return costs will be charged to the customer.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

  • Currency and VAT: All prices stated on our online shop are in Euro and inclusive of 24% Greek VAT.

  • Accepted Payment Methods: A'Mohr accepts the following credit cards: Visa, EuroCard, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. We also accept bank transfers and cash on delivery (available only in Greece).

  • Customs Duties: In the case of delivery outside the EU, the customer is responsible for bearing customs duties and any additional costs incurred. Customs policies vary by country, so please contact your local customs office for more information. We do not offer tax-free purchases on orders from non-EU countries. If a package is not picked up by the customer and incurs fees, the customer is responsible for all associated costs and expenses related to the return shipment.

PRODUCT CARE

To maintain the silver/golden look of your jewellery for as long as possible, please follow these guidelines:

  • Avoid sleeping with jewellery on.

  • Always store it back in the jewellery box.

  • Remove jewellery when in a jacuzzi, swimming pool, showering, or engaging in sports activities.

  • Keep your jewellery away from perfumes, body lotions, and other chemicals.

  • Each item may differ, so handle them with care.
